These terms apply to your use of Zander's Picks, a hobby site run by Zander. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What this site is

Zander's Picks lists people and their three favourite albums, each rated and reviewed by Zander. The scores and reviews are Zander's personal opinions. Nothing is for sale here and the site takes no payments. There are no visitor accounts; the dashboard sign-in is for Zander only.

Sending your top three

Anyone can send Zander their top three through the form on the home page. Please give your own real name and don't submit on someone else's behalf without asking them. Submissions are private to Zander. He decides whether to add anyone to the site, and he can decline or delete any submission. By sending one, you agree that he may use it to add you, with your name and your albums, to the public list.

Using the site

Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don't send spam or anything unlawful or abusive through the form, try to reach parts of the site you are not meant to, interfere with how it works, or hammer the album search or the site with automated requests.

Content and credits

The reviews and scores are Zander's own work. Album titles, cover art, track lists and the 30-second previews belong to their artists and labels; album details come from Apple Music and MusicBrainz, and album summaries from Wikipedia under the licence shown with each one. Links to other sites are there for convenience, and we are not responsible for what those sites do.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Album details are looked up automatically and may contain mistakes. Zander is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, except where the law does not allow that to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in the United States where Zander lives.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.

Zander's Picks has no email address of its own. If you know Zander, ask him directly. Otherwise, write to the site's developer, Obegi Software LLC, through the contact form at masonobegi.com/contact, and say that it is about Zander's Picks.
